Bolaño and Woolf – A Winning Combination?

I have been anticipating the group read of Roberto Bolaño’s 2666 for what feels like forever. Procured a copy, waited, and waited… And then Infinite Summer, who were to host the read-along, went rather quiet. I hope that Infinite Summer will be resurrected at some point, because it is, without doubt, the best of its kind, (so far!) and at the very least remains an impressive reminder of the hugely successful Infinite Jest group read of 2009.

However, that rather left me up a savage creek without a paddle. Read 2666 alone? Not likely!
